The 3 BR/2 BA house accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably with an open living room, dining room, and kitchen areas and vaulted teak wood ceilings. House is surrounded by windows providing the best view of the surf break and coastline on Playa Negra beach. Beach is a 20 second walk! Surf Costa Rica waves all day - Be 1st in the water & last out after sunset!
Two bedrooms have 2 twin beds. The third bedroom has a "king" bed. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances & cookware. Two full baths with showers. A washer and dryer are included. There is a hot/cold water outdoor shower for rinsing off after surfing. Rocking chairs are on the porch for relaxing while watching the ocean, surfers and spectacular sunsets. Being located on the beach in front of the Playa Negra surf break there are no long walks or driving just to get to see what the surf is like. Wave conditions change all day but no worries because you are right there to paddle out! Surfboard rentals and lessons are available. For beginner surfers and swimmers Sandy beach is the spot right next to the Negra surf break. A variety of restaurants and food/drink are located 1 min. away.

A Surfers Dream beach house is located on the North Pacific Coast on Playa Negra beach. Paraiso is a 5 min. drive. Tamarindo is a 25 min. drive to the North. Santa Cruz is a 25 min. drive to the East.
The Liberia Airport is a 1.25 hr drive to Playa Negra. From the San Jose airport, it is a 4.5 hr drive or 3.5 hr. via the new Caldera toll road. Tamarindo commuter airport is a 25 min. drive.
