BEACH HOUSE - INFORMATION
"A Surfers Dream" vacation rental beach house is located in a gated community. The 3 BR/2 BA house is for up to 6 guests with an open living room, dining room, and kitchen areas with vaulted wood ceilings. House is surrounded by windows providing the best view on Playa Negra beach of the surf break and coastline. Inside is a storage rack for 12 surfboards. Beach is a 20 second walk! Surf Costa Rica waves all day - Be 1st in the water & last out after sunset!
Each bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, cookware, and utensils you will need. Two full baths with showers. A washer and dryer are included. There is a hot/cold water outdoor shower for rinsing off after surfing. Rocking chairs are on the porch for relaxing while watching the ocean, surfers, birds, and spectacular sunsets. BEACH HOUSE LOCATION - NEAREST AIRPORT
A Surfers Dream beach house is located on the North Pacific Coast on Playa Negra beach a 1 min drive from Pargos. Paraiso is a 6 min drive. Tamarindo is 25 min to the North. Santa Cruz is 40 min. East
It is recommended to fly into the Liberia Airport which is a 1.5 hr drive to Playa Negra. From the San Jose airport, Playa Negra is a 4.5 hr drive. Tamarindo airport is a 25 min. drive and only for small commuter airlines that will not take surfboards.
This awesome vacation rental is on the beach in front of the Playa Negra surf break. No long walks or driving just to get to see what the surf is like. You are right there! Surfboard rentals and lessons are available and easily arranged upon request. For non-surfers, Sandy beach is the spot for swimming. Directions, maps, and house information are all provided as part of reserving the beach house. Restaurants are located 1 minute from the house.
