Distance From Airports
From the San Jose airport, Playa Negra is a 4.5 hr. drive North via the Tempisque River bridge. Liberia airport to Playa Negra is a 1.5 hr. drive and Tamarindo airport is a 25 min. drive. Small commuter planes may not take surfboards. It is recommended to fly into the Liberia Airport as it is the closest to A Surfers Dream beach house

A Surfers Dream vacation rental beach house is located in a gated community. The 3 BR/2 BA house is perfect for up to 6 people and has an open living & dining room, kitchen, and raised counter area surrounded by windows providing a great view of the surf break and beaches. The furniture is all teak as well as the vaulted ceilings. Inside is a surfboard storage rack for 12 boards. Surf Costa Rica waves all day - Be the 1st in the water at daybreak and the last out after sunset!

Each bedroom has twin beds. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, cookware, and utensils. Two full baths have tiled sink counters and showers. A washer and dryer are included for your use. There is a hot/cold water outdoor shower for rinsing off after surfing. Rocking chairs are on the porch for relaxing while watching the ocean, birds, surfers, and spectacular sunsets. A Surfers Dream is managed by a hotel located a 1 minute walk on the beach from the house. Check-in and check-out for the beach house is at the hotel and they will accommodate any requests or needs that you may have. We want our guests to enjoy the beach atmosphere and be able to "get away" without interruptions so there is no phone, tv, or a/c. Fans are in all rooms. Public phones and internet are at the Hotel. The sounds of the waves with the ocean breezes make for a very relaxing stay. Surf Costa Rica!
