Last minute reservation requests are welcome for beach house rentals.
2. We should confirm by e-mail availability of requested dates for the vacation rental within 48 hours unless we are in
Costa Rica then it could be 3 days as we are traveling.
3. After receiving an email confirmation that your requested dates are available for the beach houses, Contact Us that
you would like to confirm your requested specific available dates and reserve the beach house
4. An invoice will be emailed to you and instructions on how to download the FINAL RESERVATION PROCEDURE that
will explain "what to do" to reserve the vacation beach rental house and how to make payment
