A Surfers Dream - Costa Rica Beach House Rental
FINAL RESERVATION PROCEDURE
1. To check on availability of preferred vacation rental dates, fill out the AVAILABLE DATES REQUEST FORM on the
Contact Us page and send. We should confirm by e-mail availability of requested dates within 2 days unless we
are in Costa Rica then it could be 3-4 days
2. After receiving an e-mail confirmation that your requested dates are available, Contact Us that you would like to
confirm your requested available dates and reserve the beach house
3. An invoice will be e-mailed to you to sign and send back with full payment or deposit if applicable
4. Upon receipt of full payment, 5 attachments which includes confirmation, check-in/check-out procedure, vacation
house information, directions, maps, etc. will be e-mailed to you to download
5. Should you be arriving after 5 PM to check-in for A Surfers Dream. it is important that you let the Hotel know so
they will know when to expect you for check-in to most popular beach rental house on Playa Negra beach
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Payment information to rent A Surfers Dream beach house:
1. Full Payment Option:
100% payment is due within 10 days of making reservations to CONFIRM your requested dates
2. Partial Payment Option to HOLD requested dates:
50% payment will be due within 10 days of making reservations to HOLD your requested dates
50% payment for remaining balance will be due at least 60 days before check-in arrival date to CONFIRM your dates
*If there is a request by others wanting to CONFIRM the same dates that are on HOLD for you, we will notify you that
others are ready to CONFIRM and pay in full for the dates. At that time your 50% balance remaining payment will be due
within 10 days for you to CONFIRM your requested dates.
3. Release of your requested dates and return of all payments to you will occur if:
Full or Partial Payment is not received within 10 days of making reservations
Full Payment is not received at least 60 days before arrival check-in date under the Partial Payment Option
Full Payment is not received within 10 days after notice to you that others want to pay in full and CONFIRM the same dates
that are being HELD for you under the Partial Payment option
4. Cancellation:
More than 4 weeks before check-in arrival date you will receive a full refund
. Less than 4 weeks before check-in arrival date there will be a one night cancellation fee
Should you decide to leave early after check-in there will be no refund
Consideration will be given for medical emergencies
5. Payment can be made by personal check or bank check made payable to: The Hagerstrom Corp.

CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT
Upon receipt of total rental payment and damage deposit, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail including directions and a map to A Surfers Dream and to Hotel Playa Negra where you will check-in on your arrival date. You will also receive important specific house information and other general information.
CHECK-IN TIME / CHECK-OUT TIME / EARLY CHECK-OUT
Check-in and check-out will be at Hotel Playa Negra. Check-in time is 3:00 PM on day of arrival and check-out time is 10:30 AM on day of departure.
CLEANING / DAMAGE DEPOSIT REFUND
A refundable Cleaning/Damage deposit of $200 is required. A basic final cleaning is included but it is expected that you and your guests will leave the house clean like you found it when you arrived. Guests will receive a Cleaning/Damage Form to fill out, sign, and turn in with keys at check-out.
If the Cleaning/Damage Form is not turned in at check-out or an excessive final clean is required the refundable deposit could be forfeited. If everything is clean and in order the refundable deposit will be sent back to you within 3 days.
